In 2017 we'll be offering two week-long Zen retreats, one in May/June and one in December.
Week-long retreats start and end on a Saturday and are an invitation to dive deeper into the practice.
These retreats are an opportunity to deepen one's practice without committing to an entire month of ongoing Zen practice.
The daily routine is the same as for our regular or month-long retreats.
We recommend that you have an ongoing sitting practice and have attended at least a day long retreat before signing up for a week long Zen retreat.
In order to support yours and the practice of other participants we also recommend you sign up for the entire week and not just for parts of it.
