Week-long retreats start Saturday at 7:30pm and end on a Saturday around 1:30pm.
They are an invitation to dive deeper into the practice.
These retreats are an opportunity to deepen one's practice without committing to an entire month of ongoing Zen practice.
We recommend that you have an ongoing, well established sitting practice and have attended at least a day long retreat before signing up for a week long Zen retreat.
In order to support your own and the practice of other participants we also recommend you sign up for the entire week and not just for parts of it.
