Kido/Chanting-Retreat

During a Kido retreat we add chanting to our practice.

Kido retreats start Thursday at 7pm and end Sunday at 12:30 with a shared lunch. 
We'll follow our regular retreat practice schedule, the afternoon zazen periods are replaced with chanting practice.

Feel free to bring rhythm instruments if you have.
