Registration process for in-person retreats & suggested donations

Picture

To participate in a retreat please fill out our application form and send it to our office.

Once your application has been processed, you'll receive a notification and invitation to make a donation using either
  • paypal
  • paper check
  • direct electronic transfer (wise.com)

You are only fully registered after we have received your retreat donation and have confirmed your retreat space via email!

For Covid safety we reduced our number of available retreat spaces. This means that most in-person retreats will now have a waiting list. Please apply early. If you have to cancel due to illness we will try to find another person to take your place, so please let us know as soon as possible. We will refund your retreat donation (see below)  or have your donation count towards a future retreat.

Cancellations made within 2 days before your retreat cannot be refunded.
Cancellations made within 7 days before your retreat will receive a 50% refund, or, if we can find someone to take your place, will be refunded fully.

Suggested donations

The suggested donation cover the costs of the retreat, including  room and board.  (We serve three organic, vegetarian meals (breakfast - lunch - dinner), made from scratch from mostly local ingredients and produce from our own permaculture garden.)

We suggest three donation levels:

  • "Basic level" -  if your finances are tight and you cannot afford to offer the supporter level.

  • "Supporter level" - this level helps FMZC cover the basic costs for maintaining the Zen Center and for being able to offer in-person and online retreats. This is our suggested minimum donation level.

  • "Benefactor level" - if you are able to give on this level you help us offer scholarships to sangha members in need, and you also help us keep FMZC up and running.
